Our custom development team follows the traditional ADDIE model of instructional design. This includes assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation as critical components within the full custom development lifecycle.

During our design phase we work closely with your appropriate executives or subject mater experts (SMEs) to create the framework for your training materials. This process includes setting the learning objectives, identifying the most appropriate format and media for training and creating interactions or practice opportunities to ensure the skills to be developed are retained long after the training program is completed.

The development phase includes completing all of the necessary courseware, materials, media production, online development, etc., to ensure a robust and complete training product. During this phase we continue to work with our clients to ensure that all materials are complying with any unique requests.
