Project Gold Star provides you with a framework of proven systems and techniques for developing a highly successful, sales driven retail organization. But it's ultimately up to you to make sure the process continues once the course concludes.

Now, the Friedman Group has a developed an ongoing mentoring program that brings our retail consultants to your location to continue that partnership and guide you to even higher levels of success.

The Project Gold Star On-Site Annual Maintenance Program includes a 2-day on-site visit by one of our consultants each quarter. The consultant is there to answer questions, review statistics, provide strategic planning and ongoing direction. Choose from our list of deliverables, or if you have a special request, we'll do our best to satisfy your needs.

Do you have new or existing staff that you'd like to get up to speed on Friedman systems? No problem. Have your consultant present that information in a two-day overview of our Retail Management Training Camp, Retail Sales Masters Course or other training programs. The choice is yours.

Quarterly 2-Day On-Site Consulting/Training Visits
Over the course of one year, you will receive four, 2-day on-site meetings (eight days total) with a Friedman consultant or trainer. Topics and courses may include any of these or others more appropriate for your situation.
